* Remove superfluous test.

* Use remote_temp_dir instead of output_dir on remote.

* Read certificate from correct place.

* Adjust more places.

* Fix boolean.

* Improve cryptography setup.

* Use correct Python for serve script.

* Sleep before downloading.
