* linode, lxc, lxd, atomic, cloudscale, dimensiondata, ovh, packet,
profitbricks, pubnub, smartos, softlayer, univention modules
* compat dirs (disabled as its used intentionally)
* The canonical location of BOOLEANS has moved. Switch imports to use that.
* clean up argument_spec use of booleans.
* Clean up imports to not use wildcards
* Remove usage of get_exception
Fix adds check for values provided by user for
name and value in sysctl module.
While providing name and value as in-line params,
check for blank values
