Added AIX LV module (#20574)

* Added AIX LVM module

* implemented requested changes

* fixed Terabytes size calculation

* implemented recommendations from tmshn

* moved up lv display command definition

* added type to copies parameter

* applied recommendations

* missed chlv command

* fixed build error

* fixed typo in email address

* applied new pep reco

* fix bug
