Ucs disk group policy (#43578)
* ucs_disk_group_policy module and integration tests * Additional refactor based on review in other modules. * Fix issue with automatic config and add virtual_drive config. Integration tests added for automatic config and virtual_drive config. * Code review updates (documentation items) * update version added to 2.8
