mail callback: Much improved version (#28501)
So 5 years after the original version, it's time to give this callback plugin some needed rework. This PR includes: - Reuse same logic for failed, unreachable or Async errors - Add playbook and task information at the top (easier to find context) - Improve the sections (ie. indented content)
