Add support for ./ansible.cfg file

Ansible support configuration in:
```
~/.ansible.cfg
/etc/ansible/ansible.cfg
```

this patch add current user (usefull where user have some different projects) with the oreder:
```
./ansible.cfg
~/.ansible.cfg
/etc/ansible/ansible.cfg
```
