[opentelemetry][callback] Add support for http exporter (#8321) * [opentelemetry][callback] Add support for http exporter The previous version of the callback was supporting only the grpc exporter. This was counter intuitive as the documentation was mentioning `<your endpoint (OTLP/HTTP)>`.
